Police officer accused of defiling a school girl bailed.

An administration police officer accused of defiling a high school girl in Bulesa, Isiolo County was released on a cash bond of shillings 200,000. The form four girl at Bulesa Secondary is alleged to have spent time at the Police Officer’s home before being discovered on the 14th of February. The girl’s family has been looking for for several days and have accused the AP officer of taking advantage of her innocence. The residents of Bulesa have condemned the officers, accusing them of luring young girls and sleeping with them sometimes without their consent. ”These police and AP officers use money and threats to get sleep with young girls” said one angry resident. The officer, Mr. Geoffrey Kosgey denied the charges and is expected back in court after two weeks.
